It is more than an identification tag. Each engraved QR tag connects to a private, personalized Support Hub created around the individual.
By preparing this information ahead of time, the system can help:

- First responders, healthcare professionals, or others offering assistance find useful information when the individual may be unable to clearly explain what they need.
No app is required.

Keep Your Unique Tag ID
Every Anchor Tag System is assigned a Unique Tag ID. Keep this ID in a secure place separate from the physical tags.
Your Unique Tag ID helps Craft Alchemy verify the correct system when you need to:
- Request changes to your personalized Support Hub
- Update emergency contacts or support information
- Order replacement tags
- Confirm which Support Hub belongs to the individual
Do not rely on the physical tag as the only record of this ID. Save it with your order information or other important records so it remains available if a tag is lost or damaged.
How the Anchor Tag System Works
- Purchase the Mental Health Anchor Tag System.
- Complete the personalization form provided after purchase.
- Your private Support Hub is created using the information and resources you provide.
- Two engraved tags are prepared and connected to the personalized Support Hub.
- The tags can be worn, carried, or attached to a bag, keys, or another accessible item.
When the QR code is scanned, the Support Hub provides access to the prepared information without requiring an app.

Privacy-Focused & User-Controlled
Anchor Tags are designed with privacy and user control in mind.
Users choose:

Private Support Hubs are not publicly searchable and are designed for controlled access through the QR tag or private direct link.
The individual, parent, caregiver, or trusted support person decides what information to provide. Sensitive information should only be included when the customer is comfortable making it accessible through the tag.
The Anchor Tag System is not a GPS tracker and does not monitor the individual’s location.
Update & Replacement Options
Optional update and replacement services are available separately when users need to:
- Update support information
- Change emergency or trusted contacts
- Refresh coping, grounding, or regulation tools
- Change communication or support preferences
- Replace a lost, damaged, or worn tag
Replacement tags remain connected to the individual’s existing personalized Support Hub.
