At Craft Alchemy, we work hard to carefully create, package, and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Because many of our items are personalized, handmade, or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the product and customization requested.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within:
- 3–10 business days for personalized or handmade items
- 1–3 business days for non-personalized ready-to-ship items
- Digital products are typically delivered immediately or within 24 hours after purchase unless otherwise stated
Please note that processing times may increase during holidays, sales, high-order volume periods, or for large custom orders.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Typical U.S. shipping estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: varies by carrier and service selected at checkout
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- weather
- holidays
- carrier delays
- customs processing
- events outside of our control
Personalized & Custom Orders
Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order, including:
- names
- spelling
- dates
- phone numbers
- custom text
- uploaded information
Craft Alchemy is not responsible for customer-submitted errors once production has begun.
Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, production may begin shortly after the order is placed and cancellations may not be possible.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available once your order ships.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Craft Alchemy is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Craft Alchemy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipment processing.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.
Craft Alchemy is not responsible for customs delays or additional international shipping charges.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue
- a brief description
