At Craft Alchemy, we strive to provide high-quality personalized products and customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible non-personalized physical items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom, personalized, handmade, and digital nature of many Craft Alchemy products, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

These include:

  • Personalized Anchor Tags

  • Personalized support hubs

  • Custom engraved products

  • Made-to-order handmade items

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please carefully review all customization details before submitting your order.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

  • photos of the issue

  • a brief description

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Because many items are personalized or made to order, exchanges are generally not available.

For eligible non-personalized items, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to request a return (if approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible non-personalized physical items within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

This does not apply to:

  • personalized products

  • custom-made items

  • digital downloads

  • items exempt under applicable consumer protection laws

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Important Notes

Craft Alchemy reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.

Because handmade materials, engraving, and personalization may vary slightly, minor differences in appearance, color, texture, wood grain, or engraving placement are not considered defects.
