About

A Personal Solution Born From Experience
As an Army Veteran and mother, I experienced a time when I found myself in crisis. I remember feeling completely overwhelmed, as if I were drowning. Simple decisions—who to call, where to go, or what to do next—felt impossible.
That experience led me to ask a simple question:
What if the information and support I needed was already organized and available before a crisis ever happened?
That question became Anchor Tags.
What Are Anchor Tags?
Anchor Tags are personalized support hubs connected to engraved QR-enabled tags that provide immediate access to important information, support resources, emergency contacts, calming tools, and communication preferences.
The goal is simple:
Reduce the burden of thinking during moments when thinking is hardest.
Who Can Benefit?
Anchor Tags are designed to support a variety of individuals and families, including:
- Veterans and First Responders
- People experiencing mental health challenges
- Autistic and neurodivergent individuals
- Seniors and caregivers
- Students
- Individuals with medical conditions
- Families supporting loved ones through difficult situations
Every person is different, which is why each support hub can be personalized to reflect individual needs and preferences.
Why Preparation Matters
Most people already know what helps them feel safe, calm, supported, and connected.
The challenge isn't knowing what works.
The challenge is accessing that information when it is needed most.
Anchor Tags help organize important support information ahead of time and make it available when it matters most.
My Mission
My mission is to create practical, human-centered tools that improve communication, preparedness, accessibility, and peace of mind.
I believe no one should have to figure everything out alone during life's most difficult moments.
Thank You
Thank you for taking the time to learn about Anchor Tags and the mission behind them.
Whether you're looking for support for yourself, a family member, a student, a Veteran, or someone you care about, I appreciate the opportunity to share this project with you.
My hope is that Anchor Tags can help people feel more prepared, supported, and connected when they need it most.
Thank you for being here.
