Whether a tag has been lost, damaged, worn over time, or an additional backup is needed, replacement tags help users maintain quick access to their personalized support information, emergency contacts, caregiver resources, calming tools, and accessibility support hub.

Replacement tags connect to the user’s existing personalized support hub.

How It Works

1. Purchase the Replacement Service

Complete checkout for the replacement tag set.

2. Existing Support Hub Information Is Verified

Replacement tags are connected to the user’s existing personalized support hub.

3. Replacement Tags Are Prepared & Shipped

New engraved replacement tags are prepared and shipped to the customer.

Designed for Continued Support Access

Replacement tags are designed to help users maintain quick access to their support hub and personalized support information during daily activities, travel, emergencies, stressful situations, or caregiver coordination.

Verification & Security

To help protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized duplication, replacement orders are only available for existing Anchor Tag users already connected to an active support hub within the system.

The customer name and Tag ID submitted with the replacement request must match the information associated with the existing support hub before fulfillment can be completed.

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, canceled, or refunded for security purposes.

Anchor Tags are designed with privacy and user control in mind.

Users control:

• what resources are accessible
• what support details are shared

Private support hubs are not publicly searchable and are designed for controlled access through the QR tag or direct link.
